1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the "Akyas" app, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein, which may be updated or amended from time to time.

2. Services
"Akyas" is an online platform that allows customers to purchase packaging products and delivery services within Kuwait.

3. Registration & Account
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password.
- "Akyas" reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violations.

4. Payment Policy
- Payments must be made via the approved electronic payment methods provided in the app.
- All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes (if any).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- The original purchase invoice must be provided.
- Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content, are reserved for "Akyas" and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Use
You are strictly prohibited from using the app for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activities, infringement of others' rights, or disrupting the app's services.

8. Limitation of Liability
- "Akyas" is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. Modifications
"Akyas" reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
